Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags and packaging must be included.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is required.

Items that are damaged due to misuse, washing, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as Final Sale.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Products that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or you received a defective or incorrect item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending the item back.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard return process.
